In spirit of the unofficial stoner holiday: High Prospects linked up with a collection of creatives from around the Burgh to provide the ultimate 420 stash box – complete with artwork and dope goods.
Here, we highlight the contributing local artists and brands that came through and hooked us up with the hometown love.
Our OG HP artist – Lizzie Green – provided the ultimate hand painted stash box filled with custom smokers’ essentials. Since our first collab with Lizzie last spring, her talents have come correct and far exceeded our expectations. Lizzie’s artwork and body painting talents can be discovered within multiple platforms, art galleries, events throughout Pittsburgh – and beyond.
Our ongoing partnership with charity-artist collective WickedPGH led us to music shows and festivals around the 412 to promote the mission and feature HP projects with Lizzie Green. Currently, Wicked works with artists ranging in multiple mediums; and each month, a portion of proceeds are donated to a different local charity. Be sure to check out the Wicked talents featured online – along with their latest outlet – Wicked Pittsburgh Records – launching this spring.
Steve Pearce Artworx
When it comes to mind-bending art, Steve Pearce is as diverse as they come. Seemingly able to adapt to any canvas, Pearce works within a range of mediums – whether he’s live painting at an event, customizing hand-painted records, or creating traditional works from the mind. Catch him creating at shows and events around the city; and check out his available artwork at festivals or online.
My City Sesh
The homies Scott and Aaron created My City Sesh to promote local love by repping your city via linkups and smoke sessions. Their line of CBD Soaps features a fresh collection of soothing scents for mind, body and soul. Check out MCS’ dank selection of soaps, skate decks, stickers and t-shirts online; and if they show up in your city, be sure to show them some love.
Natural Born Stoner
Our dude Coby – aka Natural Born Stoner – runs his own brand featuring smokers’ essentials, including glass art, dab tools, stickers and stoner goodies. HP’s Ganja Girl Windbreaker was additionally featured at his home base, Glassworx Smoke Shop, last fall. If you’re in the Burgh, pay him a visit to the South Side for the hookup on dope gear.
